Thanks for letting me be a part if the discussion. No matter how terrible and exhausted i sound.
You were fabulous! ❤️ I’m so glad you were able to participate, even though we’re on opposite sides of the planet ☺️ and I’m grateful that you took the time, despite coming off a long and busy week of family & celebration. Thank you!!! ✨🙏✨
As someone who’s reported alt-right harassment and rhetoric on various
social media sites and been told “there’s nothing here that violates our
TOS,” seeing what RPGnet is doing is a welcome breath of fresh air.
Please, more social media sites need to do this.
This is censorship of free speech
Reminder to Right-Wing extremist snowflakes:
It’s only censorship when the government does it. Y’know, stuff your hypocritical politicians like to do.
Businesses get to do whatever they want within the law, as your hypocritical politicians have ensured.
Bravo, RPGnet. Let’s see more of this, other social networks!
I am surprised that Philalethia’s gender-swapped fics didn’t make the list. Or even Breathedout’s gorgeous fic’s How the Mouth Changes. Or are they considered to be classics? Still, I am looking forward to reading the fic recommendations. They sound fantastic.
@immortalsignificantothers – we try not to repeat any previously recommended fics on the podcast, and after almost 6 years of podcasting and reccing fics each month (and spanning 6 Femslash Februaries!) we’ve already covered most of the fandom classics, as you’ve mentioned. We love Philalethia and Breathedout, but we’re trying to diversify, and promote newer fics and authors that people may not have heard of yet. Hope you enjoy them! *^_^*
Arriving on another world to negotiate a trade deal, Shane discovers that Earth has another commodity that his hosts desperately crave…
Drake throws a party for time-travelers: the invitations will only go out after the event. But then someone knocks on the door…
Jac has two lovers, one a cop, one a criminal. Getting off the wretched outpost he calls home in the midst of a galactic war means leaving one of them behind…
I am so thrilled to finally show all of you my new book! If you liked my first anthology, Oh, Earthman, you are going to LOVE Dreams and Machines (and if you have not yet read Oh, Earthman, well then you’ve got two treats to look forward to!).
The stories in this new collection are strange, funny, romantic, raunchy…and sometimes all of those things at once. Even if you’ve read everything I’ve ever published or posted, you haven’t read anything like “Late Shift,” “Lake Dwell,” “Hard Commodities” or “No RSVP Required,” all in this collection.
If you enjoy my work, please help me get the word out about Dreams and Machines by leaving a positive review on Amazon, or just by reblogging this post. I love my readers and I hope you all love my new stories! ❤
